End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading or using any font file generated with the Loading-Font Generator ("the Font"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

"Licensor" refers to Yil & Mann GbR (YNM).
"Font" refers to any font file generated by the Loading-Font Generator tool at loading.cheesytype.com.
"End User" refers to the person or entity that downloads or uses the Font.
"Small Entity" refers to any individual, freelancer, or organisation with no more than 100 employees (including contractors and full-time equivalents) and no more than EUR 1,000,000 in annual gross revenue.
"Enterprise" refers to any organisation that does not qualify as a Small Entity.

2. Grant of License

2.1 Small Entity License (Free)

The Licensor grants every Small Entity a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Use the Font in unlimited personal and commercial projects
Embed the Font in websites, applications, and digital products
Modify the Font for internal use
Redistribute the Font as part of a product or project (but not as a standalone font file for redistribution)

2.2 Enterprise License (Paid)

Enterprises may not use the Font without a separate written enterprise license agreement. For enterprise licensing enquiries, please contact mail@ynm.studio.

3. Restrictions

Regardless of entity size, the End User may not:

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Font as a standalone font product
Claim authorship or ownership of the Font
Use the Font in a product that directly competes with the Loading-Font Generator
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices embedded in the Font

4. Intellectual Property

The Font and all associated metadata remain the intellectual property of Denis Yılmaz / Yil & Mann. This license does not transfer ownership of the Font to the End User.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE FONT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE FONT.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if the End User breaches any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the End User must cease all use of the Font and destroy all copies.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
